From Victoria to the World Stage
Born in Pearcedale, Victoria, Sam Griffiths rose through the ranks of eventing to become one of Australia's premier international riders. With a riding career spanning two decades, Sam is known not only for his fearless cross-country performances but also for his calm, strategic riding style.
He’s represented Australia at multiple Olympic Games, winning bronze in team eventing at Rio 2016 and placing 4th individually.
In 2014, he secured victory at the prestigious Badminton Horse Trials aboard Paulank Brockagh, a partnership that would go on to achieve great things on the world stage.
Now based in the UK, Sam continues to compete at the highest levels while also mentoring the next generation of eventers through coaching and clinics.
